Chest
Equipped with a 100% carbon steel, thin, flexible
chest. The chest is raised by hydraulic actuators.
PLC
A SIEMENS PLC unit is standard equipment and
allows the creation of different ironing programs.
A 4” color touch-screen displays the ironing temperature
and speed, and is easy to program and use.
Equipped with a smart-LED lighting system that
spans the full working width and illuminates the feed
bands providing error and other technical indications.

Heating
All CC models are available in a gas heating and electric
heating version.
Both the electric and gas heating system are indirect
heating systems, where thermal oil flows through
the chest.
Transmission
The motor is foreseen with a direct drive system and
the suction motor is mounted directly on the roll.
This means that the machine doesn’t use any belt
drive system and has no belts to replace or maintain.
